Our Coaches
Our coaches are drawn from the Leadenhall Coaching Community. They have worked successfully with executives from some of the most prestigious and demanding companies in the world. They have worked across a multitude of sectors and functions which means that both clients and coachees can find the coach that is right for them. Most of our coaches have managed teams, and have extensive ‘hands on’ business experience enabling them to understand the challenges and opportunities of today’s business world. Many of them have international experience including living and working in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, North and South America, and Africa.
With a wide range of expertise including Finance, Legal, Investment, Risk Management, Human Resources, Audit, Operations, Systems, Sales and Marketing, Customer Services, IT, Compliance, and Property Management they have both private, public and not-for-profit sector experience.

How we select coaches
The quality of our team is outstanding. We offer coaches who evidence high levels of capability and in whom we have high levels of trust. They have reputable coaching qualifications and a commitment to ongoing personal development.
In addition to coaching capability, we select for values and business experience. We are not an algorithm driven platform, we select our coaches personally so that our clients and coachees get to choose from a high calibre and diverse range of expert coaches.
Each coach has their own style and areas of interest. We have coaches who specialise in areas such as Leadership, Team Coaching, Maternity Returners, Career Transitions, Mindfulness, Resilience, High Performance and Governance.
