Coaching on Demand is a platform built and designed by experienced coaches and former HR leaders from Leadenhall Consulting. We have been providing high quality coaching and leadership development services to clients in the UK, Europe and Asia since 2011. Leadenhall Consulting has built its reputation on high quality coaches working with leaders and senior professionals in a range of sectors. We are bringing this quality to this platform.
We have been coached, we have been purchasers of coaching and we have been coaches. We used these experiences to build a platform that works for all parties. We know that coachees are busy, would like to arrange coaching at a time convenient to them, and to choose which coach they work with. We know that our corporate clients want to ensure the right quality coaches are working with their people, want to know the practicalities of how the coaching is getting on and the themes (not content) that their people are addressing. The coaches just want to coach and help coachees explore issues, make decisions and experience golden ‘aha’ moments of insight.
Our Leadership Team consists of Chris Woodman, CEO; Liz Codd, Chief Coaching Officer; David Farrant, Chief Administrative Officer and Dan Harris, Associate Director.
Chris Woodman, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Chris is a qualified Executive Coach who has led HR functions for three major international organisations. Having served on the Executive Committees of two public companies, COLT Telecom (listed on the LSE and NASDAQ) and Aspen Insurance (listed on NYSE). He founded Leadenhall Consulting, a coaching and consulting business in the City of London in 2011 and was joined by Liz Codd and David Farrant as co-investors in 2016. He specialises in Leadership & Management issues & has a strong interest in career development coaching. He has worked internationally in the US, Europe and Asia and lived and worked in the US in Boston, MA. He launched Coaching in Demand in January 2020 to provide high quality, cost effective coaching to a wider group of executives that afforded by the traditional model.
Liz Codd, Co-Founder and Chief Coaching Officer
Liz leads the coaching practice for Coaching on Demand. She joined Leadenhall Consulting as a Director and investor in 2016 from her previous role as Head of Talent Development and Executive Coaching at Fidelity International. She has over 25 years’ experience of international HR including eight years in Asia, four years as Head of HR for Fidelity’s Japanese operation in Tokyo and four years as Head of HR Asia-Pacific based in Hong Kong. She is experienced at working across cultures in Europe, United States, Asia, Australia, India and the UK. As someone who has a depth of experience working in complex international organisations, both as a senior HR business partner and specialising in leadership development, she has a deep understanding of human performance, talent development and the benefits of coaching for senior leaders.
David Farrant, Co-Founder and Chief Administrative Officer
David has over thirty years’ experience of utilising people, performance, organisation and HR skills for business and customers benefit. He invested in Leadenhall Consulting in 2016 and has been instrumental in developing the Coaching on Demand proposition. He was trained in Law and specialised in process management. His skills were developed and fine-tuned in blue chip names such as Ford, J P Morgan and Nomura. He has a wealth of experience ensuring the smooth running of organisations. He has held responsibility for European Finance, Technology and Operations and also been Global Head of HR. He has extensive leadership, managerial and cultural experience with significant Board, regulatory and investment management exposure.
Dan Harris, Associate Director, Head of Business Development
Dan leads business development for Coaching on Demand and Leadenhall Consulting bringing a blend of experience from professional sports, professional business development and coaching. After 11 years of playing professional rugby at the highest levels including the England A Team, Dan transitioned into the highly competitive world of construction sales. He quickly established himself in the City with a proven track record of revenue generation. Through Twelvezone, his own consultancy business he has held several senior Business Development and leadership positions in large companies as an active sales leader and consultant in leadership, strategy, coaching, facilitating change and talent acquisition. Dan is passionate about helping to support the fulfilment of potential and the success in others, and this has led to his enthusiasm for coaching and in seeking further development as a coach.
